Bio Boost Nutritions is a United States based health and wellness brand committed to excellence, offering premium-quality, effective, and science-backed nutritional products. With a growing range of supplements designed for energy, fitness, and overall well-being, we aim to deliver innovation, purity, and performance to both local and international markets.

We were responsible for enhancing the eCommerce presence of Bio Boost Nutritions by evaluating the brand’s digital footprint and developing a complete online solution from the ground up. This included creating a modern, connected omnichannel interface to better engage and serve customers.
The idea behind this omnichannel eCommerce solution is to deliver a seamless and unified shopping experience across all touchpoints whether customers browse on mobile, desktop, or shop directly from Bio Boost Nutritions outlets.
Understanding and leveraging existing features while gradually implementing new solutions while keeping the essence of the platform intact was a challenge. However, with a clear strategy toward product development and our °360 approach to value-driven change, the transition was smooth and effective.
Our focus was on ensuring that the cultural identity and brand essence of Bio Boost Nutritions remained strong and visible. We emphasized how Bio Boost is evolving as a modern health and wellness brand in the United States, setting new benchmarks in quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction through intuitive design, seamless UX, and refined branding.
From an eCommerce perspective, we worked on POS integration, CRM systems, and the role of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). The BigCommerce solution we implemented included essential plugins designed to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
We incorporated features based on Bio Boost Nutritions’ requirements and focused on what would set the brand apart from other health and wellness retailers. Our emphasis was on building a Shopify-powered eCommerce platform with a connected omnichannel interface, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless and consistent shopping experience both online and in-store.
A cleaner interface with refined design and attention to detail was our priority, combined with the powerful features that come with setting up a platform on Shopify.
